I. Crazy Facts About Stress:
Why a stress blend?

Simply because, stress is something everyone deals with at one point in their life or another, it’s hard to avoid. Furthermore, coping or learning how to deal with stress, is not always easy.
Stressors that occur in one’s life can truly have compounding effects. These compounded effects have real consequences on our minds and bodies.
Did you know that:
- In the workplace alone, 83% suffer from stress.
- 55% of Americans are stressed during the day. (The American Institute of Stress)
- The most significant sources of stress continually relate to work, finances, and the economy.
With that said, let’s discuss some potential stress relieving blends of essential oils.

Above all, we all need to have our own set of relaxation techniques to help calm our own bodies and minds. For instance, some individuals engage in mind-body practices such as yoga or meditation. Some individuals prefer breathing exercises (diaphragmatic breathing), or even guided imagery, known as visualization.
