Founded in 2019.

Our professional roots are in Nursing. In a world of constant pressure and change in healthcare, stress and anxiety can build rapidly. These effects can lead to both physical and mental challenges and exhaustion. Our mission is to create content geared toward managing stress in, and out of the workplace.

Consequently, knowing we are not alone in this battle, and not the only profession that experiences stress, we set out to find ways of coping with these daily pressures, and hope to share them via our product line and blog. 

We want this to be a place where anyone, in any profession, can come indulge in good content and great stress-relieving products. Thus, helping provide a “getaway” from everyday work-life.

Our products are all handmade, small batched and made in-house. These products include fun bath bombs, vegan soaps, 100% soy wax candles and more. Some are even nurse themed for an added bonus for you hard working RN’s out there! ; )

Our motto is relax, breathe, take a second to yourself, unwind. Our blog focuses on stress relieving activities, such as yoga, meditation, aromatherapy, massage, even DIY projects. Anything that can help you find a sense of calm.
